Mr. Tilak Gaurang Shah is the founder and force behind Ultimate Ace of India, a multi-vertical platform built on the back of four bootstrapped ventures across live entertainment, corporate engagement, luxury travel, and sports IP. Since launching his first startup in 2018, Tilak has built a reputation for creating experiences that combine insight, ambition, and emotional connection — spanning over 10,000 events, 1.5 million participants, and collaborations with marquee brands like Google, Manchester United, F1, ChrysCapital, American Express.

What began as a passion for quizzing and storytelling has evolved into a business ecosystem where each brand — from Ace of Pubs to Ace of Blades — reflects a core belief: that moments, if designed well, can shape minds, shift behavior, and build culture.
